We are event planners, combining a car show and live music concert into one fun family event! Our hope is to provide shifting events scheduled across an afternoon and evening to entertain the whole family.
Unlike the usual car show starting in the morning, judging through the scorching heat of the day, and sending you home mid-afternoon, ours will start mid-afternoon, and have vendors on sight with other entertainment and food. Always food, and a good variety. Inflatables for the kids will be available at some shows. There will be live music from solo artists on stage throughout the afternoon, but as early evening approaches, the show will shift to the concert, with great entertainment from a full band or two. Between bands, we’ll announce car show results, and continue the concert into early evening. But the car show isn’t over! As the sun sets, the car show will shift to modern takes on ground effects and other fun lighted cars for your entertainment as you leave the show grounds.

Muscle and Music came together to fill one very narrow, very specific need - to shoot a music video of a car race. Jimbo met Brice working on a different song, but he saw her as a valuable partner to not only help with the video, but also put together this unique event to give us what we needed to easily have everything together on a single day to shoot the video. We tried to work from other shows, but the logistics just didn’t quite work as we hoped for a number of reasons. We tried to work with concert venues, but they were unwilling to even allow a concert to have video taken and worried about release forms that we were already prepared to take care of. We needed the car show and concert happening at the right times with the right crowds to give us what we needed, and so Muscle and Music was dreamed up and set into motion. Depending on the success of the first show in Lubbock, TX, we hope to bring the show concept to other places, first across Texas, then the southwest, and eventually across the US. Brice is unfortunately no longer with us, but we thank her and recognize her for the early direction she provided.
